LSI seeks a senior functional consultant to implement the Recruiting Management and Onboarding modules of SAP SuccessFactors. Qualified candidates will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.</div><div></div><div><b>
SAP Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or Onboarding, with a minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations, from planning to configuration through go-live;</li><li>
Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module, preferably Recruiting Management and/or Onboarding;</li><li>
Certification in Recruiting Marketing highly desirable.</li><li>
Configure Candidate Profiles, Recruitment templates, Recruitment pipeline, integration with ONB, E-verification, Background checks, Business Rules, security i.e. any aspect of Recruitment module</li></ul><div></div><div><b>
Project Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Demonstrate a successful record of providing SAP SuccessFactors module implementation specialization to clients to achieve defined business outcomes, along with configuration and testing;</li><li>
Demonstrate successful full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live;</li><li>
Demonstrate functional knowledge of Employee Central;</li><li>
Demonstrate knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions;</li><li>
Provides knowledge transfer to customer throughout the project;</li><li>
Responsible for assisting in the management of module scope;</li><li>
Advise clients on configuration, documentation, and business solutions;</li><li>
Actively participate in client discussions and meetings;</li><li>
Demonstrate extensive abilities configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions;</li><li>
Public sector experience highly desirable.</li></ul><div></div><div><b>
