</div><div>LTC Scripts is a rapidly growing long-term care pharmacy serving assisted living, memory care, behavioral health, detox, correctional, and skilled nursing facilities throughout New Jersey. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Coordinator to manage our pharmacy delivery network and support day-to-day pharmacy operations.<br>
</div><div>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys logistics, problem-solving, route optimization, customer service, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.<br>
</div><div>Position Summary<br>
</div><div>The Delivery Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all pharmacy delivery operations, including route planning, driver management, vehicle coordination, facility communications, and resolution of delivery-related issues. This individual will work closely with pharmacists, technicians, drivers, and facility staff to ensure medications are delivered accurately and on time.<br>
</div><div>When delivery operations are running smoothly, this individual will assist the pharmacy team with packaging, organizing, and preparing medication deliveries.<br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities<br>
</div><div>Delivery &amp; Logistics Management<br>
</div><ul><li>Coordinate and manage twice-daily pharmacy delivery routes</li>
<li>Create, optimize, and adjust delivery routes using eCourier, ChatGPT, mapping software, and other available technologies</li>
<li>Monitor driver performance and route efficiency</li>
<li>Troubleshoot delivery delays, missed deliveries, and emergency requests</li>
<li>Dispatch drivers and provide real-time support throughout the day</li>
<li>Maintain a network of backup and contract drivers for emergency coverage</li>
<li>Manage driver schedules and coverage needs</li>
<li>Coordinate special deliveries, STAT deliveries, and after-hours requests</li>
</ul><div>Vehicle Management<br>
</div><ul><li>Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Coordinate inspections, registrations, and insurance requirements</li>
<li>Monitor vehicle condition and mileage</li>
<li>Arrange rentals or replacement vehicles when necessary</li>
</ul><div>Facility &amp; Customer Communication<br>
</div><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related questions</li>
<li>Communicate with facility staff via phone, email, text message, fax, and pharmacy systems</li>
<li>Provide delivery updates and resolve concerns professionally and promptly</li>
<li>Document delivery issues and resolutions</li>
</ul><div>Pharmacy Support<br>
</div><ul><li>Package medication deliveries accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Organize delivery totes, bins, and manifests</li>
<li>Assist with delivery preparation and staging</li>
<li>Verify outgoing deliveries for completeness and accuracy</li>
<li>Support pharmacy workflow as needed</li>
