Job Summary
We&rsquo;re seeking a Fabrication Mechanic to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in West Caldwell, NJ. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting manual and automated production equipment to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing.

This is a full-time role located in West Caldwell, NJ.<div><ul><li>
1st Shift: 6:15 AM &ndash; 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday</li></ul></div> 
What You Will Do:<ul><li>
Set up, adjust, repair, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment</li><li>
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during production</li><li>
Perform equipment changeovers and provide support to fabrication operators</li><li>
Conduct routine autonomous and preventive maintenance</li><li>
Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions</li><li>
Communicate maintenance activities and findings with operators and supervisors</li><li>
Follow all cGMP, FDA, DEA, and internal SOP requirements</li><li>
Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture</li></ul> 
Your Background:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing</li><li>
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills</li><li>
Ability to read and understand technical drawings</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods</li><li>
Ability to gown and work in a manufacturing environment</li><li>
Willingness to wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, gloves, Tyvek suit, etc.)</li></ul>
