<div><div><p>A busy, thriving urology private practice in Lubbock, Texas, is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. High-demand area with a 3.5 million patient draw area, including out-of-state patients&mdash;strong earning potential from day one, with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.</p><br>

Position Highlights:</p><br>

<li><p><b>Immediate Patient Volume:</b> Current 4-6 week wait for new patients ensures a strong patient base from day one.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Practice Flexibility:</b> No fellowship required but welcomed, with no preference on the type of urology procedures incoming physician performs.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Produce locations:</b> Most procedures are performed at a local physician-owned ASC. Office procedural rooms are also available.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Mentorship Opportunities:</b> Work alongside experienced physicians eager to support and mentor new providers.</p>
</li>
<li><p><b>Optional Call:</b> Take paid ER call if desired to help build your practice.</p></li></ul><br>

High-demand area with the ability to perform scopes on day one. New and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.</div>

<ul><li><b>Locations:</b> Most cases will be performed at affiliated and physician-owned local ASC. Office-based procedural rooms are available as well.</li>
<li><b>High-Volume Practice:</b> Ability to perform a large number of procedures from day one, with a long waiting list for scopes and high patient demand. The current solo provider is booked 3-6 months out in the clinic.</li>
<li><b>General Scoping Only:</b> All cases are general scoping.</li>
<li><b>No Call:</b> Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with no on-call responsibilities.</li>
<li><b>New Patient Focus:</b> New patients will be directed to the incoming physician, with full support and direct incentive from the current physician partner to ramp the provider up within 6 months.</li>
