<p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Business Development &ndash; ATE &amp; T &amp; T&amp;M Solutions</b> to lead business growth in <b>Test &amp; Measurement (T&amp;M) instruments</b> and strategically cross-sell <b>Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions</b>. The ideal candidate will engage with <b>R&amp;D labs, manufacturing industries, educational institutions, and system integrators</b>, identifying customer needs, delivering value-driven technical solutions, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.</p>
</div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<p><b>Sales &amp; Business Development:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify, pursue, and acquire new customers for Test &amp; Measurement (T&amp;M) instruments and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions.</li>
<li>Manage the complete sales cycle &mdash; from lead generation and qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain key customer accounts across sectors such as automotive, EV, electronics, defence, pharma, and academia.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Solution Selling:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Understand customer testing requirements and recommend the most suitable T&amp;M products and solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with application engineers to design and deliver complete ATE systems &mdash; including hardware, software, and automation components.</li>
<li>Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and deliver detailed techno-commercial presentations to customers.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Cross-Selling &amp; Strategic Upselling:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze customer purchase patterns and identify opportunities for bundled offerings, add-ons, or ATE system upgrades.</li>
<li>Promote modular tester platforms and scalable solutions for high-demand applications such as EV battery testing and PCB functional testing.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Channel &amp; OEM Coordination:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with leading T&amp;M OEMs such as Hioki, Yokogawa, Keysight, GW Instek, and Rohde &amp; Schwarz for pricing, inventory, and technical support.</li>
<li>Collaborate with premium ATE partners like Chroma and NI, as well as internal technical teams, to develop customized test solutions.</li>
<li>Engage with system integrators and channel partners to expand market reach and strengthen sales networks.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Customer Relationship Management:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with R&amp;D heads, production managers, and procurement teams.</li>
<li>Coordinate post-sales support activities including calibration services, AMC contracts, and spare part management to ensure high customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul></div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></h3>
<p><b>Education:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.</li>
<li>MBA in Marketing or Technology Management (preferred).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>4&ndash;6 years of experience working with OEMs, research laboratories, or system integrators.</li>
<li>Proven track record in solution selling, proposal development, and customer relationship management.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on exposure to LabVIEW, NI TestBench, or Python-based test systems (advantageous).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols, measurement systems, and test automation processes.</li>
<li>Ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
