<li>Developing marketing strategies: Create, implement and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support Lubrizol additives business areas as well as customer initiatives in IMEA, aligned with global marketing objectives.
</li></ul><ul><li>Content creation and campaign management: Create engaging and localized content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. Adapt global content to fit the local market and cultural nuances. Develop concepts that convert highly technical and scientific features of our products into understandable and meaningful benefits.</li>
<li>Apply marketing tools and techniques to advise and help customers identify ways to improve their marketing mix to achieve their business targets.
</li><li>Brand management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing collateral, both regionally and globally. Collaborate with global teams to maintain brand guidelines.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Media relations: Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets and journalists to secure coverage and press releases. Coordinate with global PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize media exposure.</li>
<li>Event management: Plan and execute regional marketing events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics, booth design, collateral creation, and post-event evaluation. Collaborate with global teams for international events.</li>
<li>Digital marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns. Monitor digital analytics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.</li>
<li>Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, sales, technical, regional marketing teams and marketing communications leadership, to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging.</li>
<li>Performance reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing communication activities, campaign performance, and ROI to regional and global stakeholders.</li></ul>

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements</div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, , Business or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, or commercial/ product management experience. Ideally both in B2C and B2B environments.
</li></ul><ul><li>Lubricant industry experience and/or OEM knowledge is advantageous.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must be fluent in English</li>
<li>Extensive experience in project management and marketing plan development and execution.</li>
<li>Ability to interact with diverse groups of people, develop strong networks and build credibility within the organization to work with stakeholders on engaging content</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills focused on conveying complex information</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li>

</li><li>An ability to develop and influence new marketing concepts and techniques.

Position: Plant Operator
Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 

JOB SUMMARY and KEY OBJECTIVES:
Work in production department and operation in general including: Production, maintenance, Quality and inventory management and related operations.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Read and follow written procedures.</li>
<li>Operate safely and responsibly, and protect the people and property , by learning and follow all safety protocols and polices , and adhere to the proper needed PPE.</li>
<li>Work with plant operations production, maintenance and quality, shipping and receiving in a one team spirit.</li>
<li>Work on the drum filling line
</li><li>Work on production, blending, loading, and unloading.</li>
<li>Do the production blends as per the blending sheet, and accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to the blending written steps and instructions.</li>
<li>Work on unloading raw material container shipments.
</li><li>Load bulk tankers</li>
<li>Unload Isotainers</li>
<li>Move and arranged the packaged product.</li>
<li>Print and attach the information label to the finished products.</li>
<li>Pour finished product or raw material in blending tank.</li>
<li>Help keep the production area and warehouses always clean.</li>
<li>Help on the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment, pumps, LTC&rsquo;s assets are well maintained.</li>
<li>Help maintain and improve LTC safety and continues improvement programs.</li>
<li>Maintain pumps, mixers, tanks and all mechanical equipment&rsquo;s</li>
<li>Work with ovens, pallet jack, forklift, drum tippers, and other types of manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>Prepare and clean blending, holding and storage tank.</li>
<li>Assure the proper implementation of the 5S , and the cleanness of the assigned or instructed area.</li>
<li>Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to supervisor.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as required or as directed by your direct manager.</li>
<li>Work beyond working duty time &ndash; once necessary - based on pre-arranged work schedule as overtime.</li>
<li>Do the assigned work related to the ERP (SAP)</li>
<li>Rotate shifts along the 24h/day as per the working schedule.
</li><li>Contribute to the improvement process by give the observation in operation departments.</li>
</ul>
