THE BASICS

$77,000&ndash;$88,000</li></ul> 
Schedule:<ul><li>
Monday&ndash;Friday, standard business hours</li><li>
Flexibility based on project demands</li><li>
In‑office during training</li><li>
Work‑from‑home eligibility after 1 year of full training</li><li>
Periodic site visits and coordination with field teams</li></ul>

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE CHARGE OF AS A COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR<ul><li>
Producing detailed, accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects, including big‑box retail work</li><li>
Reviewing drawings, specifications, addenda, and scope documents with precision</li><li>
Developing material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing</li><li>
Coordinating with field teams to validate scopes, change orders, and cost impacts</li><li>
Preparing and estimating change orders and securing approvals</li><li>
Maintaining organized estimate files and documentation</li><li>
Supporting scheduling and workload planning with operations</li><li>
Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams</li><li>
Meeting win/loss ratio targets and supporting company quota goals</li><li>
Participating in pricing, scope, and contract negotiations</li><li>
Following up consistently throughout the bidding and award process</li><li>
Upholding company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and data management</li></ul> 
REQUIREMENTS FOR A COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)</li><li>
5+ years of estimating experience</li><li>
Commercial and industrial construction experience</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of on-site construction processes</li><li>
Structural steel and welding experience preferred</li><li>
Solid understanding of construction equipment, materials, and labor costs</li><li>
Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications</li><li>
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments</li><li>
Retail construction experience (strongly preferred)</li></ul>
