Overview 
 
Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking Software Developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions within the IRS Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. Multiple positions are available. These roles will focus on Power Platform development, .NET applications, automation, and SharePoint integration. The ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in Microsoft cloud technologies, automation scripting, and supporting federal or large enterprise environments with high compliance requirements. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.</li><li>
Write, maintain, and enhance .NET code (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework).</li><li>
Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, system administration, and workflow efficiency.</li><li>
Customize SharePoint lists and develop model-driven PowerApps solutions.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across M365 services and applications.</li><li>
Collaborate with IRS SMEs and project teams to ensure solutions meet IRS-specific compliance, security, and operational requirements.</li><li>
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.</li></ul> 

Required Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with focus on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform in large enterprise or federal environments.</li><li>
Experience supporting federal government clients or high-compliance environments; IRS experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in .NET development, including C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework.</li><li>
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.</li><li>
Experience with SharePoint Administration and Power Platform integration.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in a remote, compliance-focused federal environment.</li></ul> 

Security Clearance &amp; Training Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust (MBI) clearance.</li><li>
Must complete all IRS-required security, privacy, and compliance training.</li><li>
Must adhere to federal cybersecurity and organizational protocols.</li></ul> 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement in M365 environments.</li><li>
Microsoft certifications such as:<ul><li>

Overview 
 
Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support quality assurance and compliance activities for the IRS Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all deliverables meet project standards, federal compliance requirements, and IRS-specific traceability needs. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, documentation, and collaboration with technical teams and IRS stakeholders. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Develop, implement, and execute quality assurance processes for M365 services and project deliverables.</li><li>
Monitor and ensure compliance with project requirements, federal standards, and IRS-specific guidelines.</li><li>
Prepare, maintain, and update quality documentation, reports, and dashboards.</li><li>
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>
Support audits, reviews, and internal/external assessments related to M365 deliverables.</li><li>
Collaborate with IRS SMEs and project teams to ensure deliverables meet compliance, traceability, and quality requirements.</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality assurance practices across the organization.</li></ul> 

Required Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in quality assurance, compliance, or related roles, preferably in large corporate or federal government environments.</li><li>
Experience supporting federal government clients or high-compliance environments; IRS experience preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and cloud-based service deliverables preferred.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document findings and recommendations.</li></ul>
