Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing and a strong understanding of various plumbing systems. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to work effectively on construction sites. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential. Position is hourly plus commission.Duties<ul><li>Discussing findings with customer and present estimates</li><li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.</li><li>Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks.</li><li>Perform pipe threading and assembly for various plumbing applications.</li><li>Conduct heavy lifting as needed for installation and repairs.</li><li>Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.</li><li>Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH HOMEOWNER</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction practices, particularly in construction plumbing.</li><li>Proficiency in welding techniques related to plumbing installations.</li><li>Experience with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry skills.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge applicable to plumbing systems and HVAC installations.</li><li>Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.</li><li>Experience with pipe threading techniques and assembly processes.</li><li>Capability for heavy lifting as required by the job demands.</li><li>Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable.</li><li>Maintenance Person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in various repair tasks.</li><li>Knowledge of remodeling practices can enhance service offerings.
