Position Summary</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The UKG WFM Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) modules, with a focus on scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals. This role will also create and maintain basic reports and dataviews to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with both system configuration and end-user support.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div></div><ul><li><br>
System Configuration &amp; Administration</li></ul><div>
o Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG WFM modules including scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals.</div><div>
o Set up and maintain pay rules, work rules, shift templates, job transfers, rounding rules, and attendance policies.</div><div>
o Manage accrual profiles, balance rules, carryover logic, and ensure alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.</div><div>
o Maintain system security, profiles, and access roles as appropriate.</div><ul><li>Scheduling Management</li></ul><div>
o Build and maintain labor schedules, shift patterns, and schedule templates to support business needs.</div><div>
o Partner with managers to ensure schedules meet labor compliance standards, union contracts, and business objectives.</div><div>
o Provide reporting and analytics on schedule adherence, coverage gaps, and overtime usage.</div><ul><li>Timekeeping &amp; Compliance</li></ul><div>
o Oversee time capture methods, punch policies, and rules to ensure accurate payroll processing.</div><div>
o Monitor and audit exceptions (missed punches, unapproved overtime, etc.) and partner with Payroll/Operations for resolution.</div><div>
o Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws (e.g., FLSA, state break requirements), and union agreements.</div><ul><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics</li></ul><div>
o Develop, maintain, and run basic reports and dataviews in UKG WFM to provide insights on attendance, labor utilization, overtime, and scheduling efficiency.</div><div>
o Deliver ad hoc analysis to support HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.</div><div>
o Assist with creating dashboards or recurring reporting packages for leadership.</div><div>
o Monitor data integrity across modules and escalate discrepancies as needed.</div><ul><li>System Enhancements &amp; Projects</li></ul><div>
o Participate in UKG WFM upgrades and new module implementations.</div><div>
o Partner with IT and vendors on system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.</div><div>
o Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy.</div><div>
o Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and process guides.</div><ul><li>User Support &amp; Training</li></ul><div>
o Serve as Tier 2 support for escalated end-user issues related to scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals.</div><div>
o Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data issues, and configuration conflicts.</div><div>
o Deliver training sessions, quick reference guides, and job aids for managers and employees.</div><div>
o Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WFM functionality and provide recommendations to optimize system usage.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Required:</div><div>
2+ years of experience with UKG WFM (Kronos).</div><div>
Hands-on experience configuring scheduling, timekeeping, and accruals.</div><div>
College Degree</div><div></div><div><br>
Preferred:</div><div>
5+ years of experience with UKG WFM (Kronos).</div><div></div><div><br>
