Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Course in Machine Design master or PHD&middot; Knowledge of Solid Works, Solid Edge ,CATIA,3D CAD software&middot; Knowledge of Robotic Welding Fixture( SPMs)&middot; Proficiency in MS Office/PPT&middot; Design and Developed the Inspection Gauges.<ul><li>Preparation of Assembly Drawings and Quality checking Drawing.</li><li>Perform Engineering calculation.</li><li>3DModeling, detailing and Assembly of new product using Solid Edge</li><li>Designing and Drafting of components and make necessary corrections.</li></ul>Modification in exist part and also 3D modeling of components&middot; Support in Design and Develop of SPM like Drilling, Milling, Auto Gauge. Bush press machine (Special Purpose Machine) as per requirement.&middot; Selection of standard part as per requirement in fixture.<ul><li>Create assembly bill of material.</li><li>Maintain Drawing and Design record in proper soft and hard copies.</li><li>Prepare Technical Drawing and booklet for customer.</li><li>Design for manufacturability.</li><li>Responsible for packing proposal of proto to serial for new product.</li></ul>&middot; Design and development of New and executed drawings&middot; Preparation of GA, component (parts), and Erection documents using AutoCAD, E-plan.&middot; Design calculation and documentations for the same.&middot; Analytical study on drawings and interaction with seniors for better suggestion and Design calculation and documentations for the same.&middot; Responsible for making Design review sheet for Particular product.<ul><li>Selection of material and Manufacturing process for product Development.</li></ul>&middot; Must have Knowledge of Solid Edge, Unigraphics NX ,Solid Works&middot; Experience in Automation Plant / Automotive.5-10yrs of ExperienceJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
