Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:</b></div><div>
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for shaping and elevating the online presence of Luke Family of Brands through engaging, on-brand digital content. The Social Media Specialist focuses on creating and curating original copy, photos and videos that tell the story of Luke Convenience Stores, County Line Orchard, LiqGo and other Luke business divisions across multiple media platforms. The Social Media Specialist manages daily posting, audience engagement and community interaction to build brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships and drive marketing goals. The Social Media Specialist ensures the company&rsquo;s image and voice remain consistent, creative and aligned with overall brand strategy. The Social Media Specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Social Media Specialist duties will include, but are not limited to:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Develop, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)</li><li>
Support social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and community growth</li><li>
Manage day-to-day community interactions- responding to comments, messages and engaging with followers in brand voice</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to align social media content with campaigns and overall brand messaging</li><li>
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimizations</li><li>
Stay up to date on platform updates, trends and emerging content formats</li><li>
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, social first storytelling and audience engagement initiatives</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience/Qualifications:</b></div><div><ul><li>
BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience</li><li>
Two (2) years of related experience</li><li>
Understanding of social media KPIs, algorithms and best practices across platforms</li><li>
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video software</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Skills:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Strong copywriting, visual storytelling and content planning skills</li><li>
Proactive, creative mindset with ability to work collaboratively and independently</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Hours: </b>The Social Media Specialist is a full time position and works a minimum of a minimum of 40 hours per week</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Salary/Income: </b>The Social Media Specialist is an exempt, salaried position</div></div><br>

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:</b></div><div>
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating on brand visual storytelling by bringing the Luke Family of Brands to life through creativity. The Graphic Designer supports multiple business units including, but not limited to, Luke Convenience Stores, LiqGo, County Line Orchard and additional retail and hospitality operations by developing and executing design concepts across print, digital and in store environments. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and internal teams to create visually engaging materials for advertising, menu boards, promotional signs, digital screens, social media, websites, packaging and corporate communications. The Graphic Designer ensures brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while delivering high impact designs that strengthen customer engagement, drive sales and enhance recognition of Luke campaigns. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Director of Marketing.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Graphic Designer duties will include, but are not limited to:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Conceptualize and create visual assets for print and digital media, including social media graphics, marketing campaigns, website layouts, presentations and advertising materials</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing, category management and social teams to develop cohesive and engaging visual stories</li><li>
Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints</li><li>
Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency</li><li>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Stay current on design trends, emerging tools and best practices</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience/Qualifications:</b></div><div><ul><li>
BA/BS in Graphic Design or equivalent experience</li><li>
Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>
Experience with Figma, Canva or similar tools</li><li>
Strong understanding of layout, color therapy, typography and visual hierarchy</li><li>
Experience designing for both digital (web, email, social) and print format</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Skills:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts</li><li>
Basic motion graphics, product photography, video editing</li><li>
 UX/UI design experience</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
