Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Event Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and management of engaging marketing events that elevate brand visibility and foster meaningful connections with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong foundation in digital marketing tools and techniques.Duties<ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of marketing events including trade shows, product launches, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, and creative departments to ensure event success and alignment with overall marketing goals.</li><li>Develop comprehensive event budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure seamless execution from inception to completion.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to measure event performance and optimize future campaigns.</li><li>Create compelling content for event promotion including copywriting for ads, landing pages built on WordPress or HTML-based websites, and engaging social media posts.</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform event strategies and improve engagement.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships for venue booking, print advertising materials, audiovisual equipment, and other logistical needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events or similar project management roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with advertising sales strategies across multiple platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.</li><li>Solid understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Technical skills including WordPress website management, basic HTML coding, and familiarity with research methodologies.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging tailored to diverse audiences.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
