Overview</b></h3>
<p>
Luma Health is growing the content engine behind a category-defining company. We are looking for a Senior Content Manager who can both strategize and execute.</p>
<p>
This role is for someone who loves investigating a great story, crafting a compelling message, brainstorming new ways to represent a concept, and checking off your to-do list. It is a great fit if you enjoy shaping narratives and also rolling up your sleeves to produce high-quality content at speed. You will help turn strategy into execution across case studies, website pages, sales assets, event presentations, blogs, and unique content like podcasts and demand-drivers.</p>
<p>
You will report to the Director of Brand and Communications and act as a true right-hand partner. You will help scale output, challenge assumptions, and keep the content machine running without sacrificing quality or clarity.</p>

It's a role for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and impact.</p>

What YOU will do at Luma Health:</b></h3>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Content Strategy and Execution (Primary Focus)</b></h4>
<ul><li>Translate brand and narrative strategy into a steady drumbeat of high-quality content across formats and channels</li>
<li>Partner closely with the Director of Brand and Communications to plan, execute, and evolve the content calendar</li>
<li>Balance long-form, high-effort work with fast-turn, tactical execution without losing momentum</li>
<li>Actively challenge content direction when needed, bringing POVs, structure, and alternatives to the table</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Core Content Production</b></h3>
<p>
You will personally create and own a significant volume of content, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Blogs, articles, and thought leadership pieces</li>
<li>Case studies and customer stories, including updates as new data becomes available</li>
<li>Website page copy and iterative improvements to existing pages</li>
<li>Sales enablement content such as slides, one-pagers, and speaker presentations</li>
<li>Event content including talk tracks, decks, and supporting materials</li>
<li>Creative new content formats that reuse and remix existing assets</li>
</ul>
<p>This role requires comfort with execution work like drafting, editing, formatting, repurposing, and revising content quickly to a high bar.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Customer Stories and Proof</b></h3>
<ul><li>Learn how to work with customer data and reporting tools to update case studies with credible metrics</li>
<li>Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Marketing to turn workflows and outcomes into compelling stories</li>
<li>Create customer narratives that can be reused across web, sales, and events</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Podcast and Long-Form Content Engine</b></h3>
<ul><li>Support and scale podcast production by assisting with content creation, editing, and publishing workflows</li>
<li>Create companion assets such as blogs, social graphics, clips, summaries, and discussion guides</li>
<li>Upload and manage content across platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts</li>
<li>Coordinate promotion with speakers and internal teams to extend reach and lifespan</li>
<li>Help systematize how long-form content turns into many smaller, reusable pieces</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></h3>
<ul><li>Work closely with Product Marketing on product blogs, infographics, and supporting content</li>
<li>Collaborate with Events and Demand teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and moments that matter</li>
<li>Take feedback well, incorporate it quickly, and keep projects moving without hand-holding</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What Success Looks Like</b></h3>

This role is measured by output, quality, and impact to revenue.</p>
<ul>
<li>Content production scales meaningfully</li>
<li>Podcast content becomes easier to produce, easier to reuse, and more impactful</li>
<li>Case studies and customer stories stay fresh, credible, and relevant</li>
<li>Website and sales content improve over time through iteration, not one-off rewrites<br>
The Director of Brand and Communications gains time and space to focus on PR, speaking, and higher-leverage work</li>
<li>Content consistently supports campaigns, events, and sales motions without last-minute scrambling</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You Are</b></h3>
<ul><li>Comfortable owning work end-to-end, from blank page to final publication</li>
<li>Enjoy structure, lists, checklists, and finishing things</li>
<li>Have strong editorial instincts and are not precious about your first draft</li>
<li>Can push back thoughtfully and constructively when something is unclear or weak</li>
<li>Care about clarity, accuracy, and usefulness more than cleverness</li>
<li>Energized by volume and momentum, not overwhelmed by it</li>
<li>Have strong writing skills and an ability to craft a compelling message for a specific audience (marketing degree not required)</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong quality standards. You create strong initial drafts and shudder to think of ChatGPT-written term papers.</li>
<li>Passionate about learning and finding an interesting story. Whether it's an angle that will be interesting to a specific audience or a fresh look at a customer's initiatives, you enjoy creating content that will hook your readers.</li>
<li>Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Willing to learn, follow, and suggest improvements to processes.</li>
<li>Organized and motivated team player with a positive attitude.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h2>
<ul><li>4 to 7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand marketing</li>
<li>Excellent writing and editing skills across formats</li>
<li>Experience working with customer stories, product content, or B2B SaaS messaging</li>
<li>Comfort juggling multiple projects with different timelines and stakeholders<br>
Willingness to learn healthcare concepts and translate complexity into clarity</li>
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, project management software, CMS platforms, and basic design or video workflows is a plus<br>

<p><b>Pay Transparency Notice: </b>Depending on your work location and experience, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Luma also include stock options + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision.)</p>
