Looking for an experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer to generate leads, manage HVAC project sales, and build relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Find and develop new HVAC project sales opportunities (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducted splits, FCUs, etc.).</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.</li><li>Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos.</li><li>Work with design and estimation teams on proposals, quotes, and technical submissions.</li><li>Track and follow up on projects, tenders, and RFQs.</li><li>Stay updated on construction projects and market trends.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatari standards (QCS, Kahramaa, Ashghal).</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.</li><li>Meet monthly and annual sales targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.</li><li>8&ndash;12 years of HVAC sales experience (Qatar/GCC preferred).</li><li>Good knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, and technical drawings.</li><li>Network of consultants and contractors in Qatar is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of local MEP regulations.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Valid Qatari driving license and transferable RP preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&middot; Ensure all project documentation is maintained appropriately.&middot; Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.&middot; Organize, attend and participate in department meetings as well as distributing minutes.&middot; Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.&middot; Assist with tending pricing and costing.&middot; Determine project changes and follow through with proper documentation.&middot; Provide administrative support as needed.&middot; Undertake project tasks as required.&middot; Update project management calendar.QUALIFICATIONS&middot; Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical) , business or related field of study.&middot; Three+ years of experience in a related field.&middot; Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.&middot; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.&middot; Ability to use computers for a variety of tasks.&middot; Good command of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.&middot; Ability to work under pressure.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
