Join our team to become an ABA Clinical Supervisor, BCBA and help make an impact on the lives of children.Overview and Benefits:<ul><li>Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-8pm; weekends as needed</li><li>Job Type: Full time</li><li>Benefits: 401K, paid time off, professional growth, health benefits</li><li>Location: Remote</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Masters degree (required)</li><li>BCBA</li><li>Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff</li><li>Special education background or experience working in special education settings</li><li>Experience in patient assessment, behavioral therapy, and data collection</li><li>TB and criminal background check clearance</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)</li></ul>Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and documentation, in accordance with clinical standards and best practices</li><li>Supervise and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development</li><li>Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams</li><li>Participate in team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and ensure the delivery of evidence-based care</li></ul>Why join Lumary Therapy?Lumary Therapy takes pride in providing quality care to children on the autism spectrum.
