The SM Opportunity:
As a Sales Manager (SM), You will be responsible for driving regional sales performance through strategic territory management, pipeline development, account growth, and execution excellence.
This role focuses on developing business, supporting field execution, and partnering closely with District Sales Manager or Area Sales Managers to drive consistent sales growth across the region.
Success in this role requires strong accountability, organization, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This position requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and industry events.
What You Will Do as a Sales Manager (SM):<ul><li>
Expand existing business and develop new market opportunities</li><li>
Support pipeline generation and prospecting across targeted accounts</li><li>
Maintain pipeline visibility in Salesforce</li><li>
Develop relationships with physicians, providers, administrators, and decision-makers</li><li>
Support complex sales cycles and multi-level buying processes</li><li>
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and account reviews</li><li>
Attend industry events, training, trade shows, and company meetings</li><li>
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to maximize customer engagement</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>
2+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience</li><li>
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.</li><li>
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred</li><li>
Valid driver's license required</li></ul>

The ASM Opportunity:
As a District Sales Manager (DSM), you will own and grow a high-impact territory by driving capital equipment sales, expanding existing customer relationships, and developing new business across the Aesthetics market.
This is a high-performance, hunter-focused sales role requiring strong pipeline development, demand creation, and the ability to navigate and close complex sales cycles. You will partner with physicians, practice owners, and clinical teams to position Lumenis solutions as strategic investments that enhance practice growth and patient outcomes.
This position requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and industry events.
What You Will Do as a District Sales Manager (DSM):
Drive Growth: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts and uncovering opportunities across practices and med spas.
Own the Sales Process: Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce and partnering with regional leadership to execute territory growth strategies and performance.
Build Customer Partnerships &amp; Stay Connected: Develop trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and demos, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success, and represent Lumenis at training, events, and territory travel to drive business growth.
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>
5+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience</li><li>
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota</li><li>
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, supported by high personal accountability, urgency, follow-through, and strong pipeline and territory management capabilities.</li><li>
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred</li><li>
Valid driver's license required</li></ul>
