This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of real estate advisory projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain complex financial models to support real estate acquisitions, development projects, asset management, and financial performance evaluations.</li><li>Create and refine pitch decks, offering memorandums, investor presentations and other marketing material to support our clients&rsquo; capital raise.</li><li>Perform thorough market research to identify key economic and demographic trends impacting real estate opportunities.</li><li>Assist in the due diligence process by analyzing financial statements, reviewing market data, and assessing risks for acquisitions or investment opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including developers, investors, and brokers, to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financial analyses and investor reports.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (working toward the CFA or ACCA designation is a plus).</li><li>1 - 2 years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, equity research, private equity, or related field, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling.
