Job description<ul><li>Strategy Development: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to websites.</li><li>Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, setting goals, and monitoring performance.</li><li>Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and phrases.</li><li>On-Page Optimization: Ensure that website content, meta tags, headers, and other elements are optimized for search engines.</li><li>Off-Page Optimization: Manage link-building campaigns and other off-page SEO activities to improve domain authority and backlink profile.</li><li>Technical SEO: Oversee technical aspects of SEO, including website speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.</li><li>Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize content for SEO purposes.</li><li>Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.</li><li>Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Client Communication: Communicate with clients to provide updates on SEO performance and discuss strategy adjustments.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in SEO with a track record of improving search rankings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush).</li><li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Certifications (Optional but beneficial):</li><li>Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)</li><li>Google Ads Certification</li><li>HubSpot Content Marketing Certification</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>4+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
