We are seeking an experienced Head Nurse with expertise in both dental and aesthetic nursing to lead our clinical team and maintain the highest standards of patient care and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Lead and supervise nursing staff across dental, dermatology, and aesthetic units.</li><li>Organize duty rosters, assign responsibilities, and ensure balanced workload distribution.</li><li>Conduct training, onboarding, and continuous professional development for nurses and assistants.</li><li>Mentor junior staff and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-first values.</li></ul>Clinical &amp; Nursing Operations<ul><li>Oversee daily clinical operations ensuring smooth workflow between departments.</li><li>Support dentists, dermatologists, and aesthetic practitioners during procedures.</li><li>Implement and monitor infection control protocols and sterilization standards.</li><li>Ensure all treatments comply with DHA, NABIDH, and PDPL regulations.</li><li>Monitor patient safety, emergency preparedness, and proper usage of medical equipment.</li></ul>Dental Nursing Responsibilities<ul><li>Chairside assistance during restorative, cosmetic, surgical, orthodontic, and implant procedures.</li><li>Prepare and maintain dental units, materials, and sterilized instruments.</li><li>Document treatments, radiographs, and maintain accurate patient charts.</li></ul>Aesthetic &amp; Dermatology Nursing Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist doctors with injectables (Botox, Fillers), PRP therapy, microneedling, chemical peels, and energy-based devices (laser, RF, IPL, HIFU, HydraFacial, Cryolipolysis).</li><li>Prepare patients, manage consent forms, and provide aftercare instructions.</li><li>Maintain equipment safety logs, calibration records, and laser safety compliance.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of dental and aesthetic materials.</li><li>Manage stock levels, maintain records of consumables, implants, syringes, skincare products, medications, and controlled items.</li><li>Conduct monthly stock audits and ensure expiry/batch tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of critical items.</li></ul>Compliance, Quality &amp; Audits<ul><li>Prepare clinic for DHA inspections, audits, and licensing renewals.</li><li>Develop and enforce policies, SOPs, and emergency protocols.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, NABIDH data entry, and electronic medical records accuracy.</li><li>Conduct regular quality checks on patient safety, infection control, and sterilization procedures.</li></ul>Patient-Centric Care<ul><li>Oversee patient flow to ensure seamless and premium experience.</li><li>Handle escalations, complaints, and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.</li><li>Support patient education regarding procedures, risks, aftercare, and preventive care.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Collaborate with clinic management on staffing, KPIs, and performance reports.</li><li>Prepare nursing reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Liaise with insurance coordinators regarding treatment documentation, pre-approvals, and billing support.</li><li>Participate in management meetings and contribute to clinic development strategies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid DHA License/Eligibility as Registered Nurse in Dubai.</li><li>Mandatory: 5+ years&rsquo; experience in dental + aesthetic/dermatology nursing with at least 2 years in a supervisory/head nurse role.</li><li>Strong background in inventory management, infection control, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages an advantage).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Beauty &amp; Aesthetic Nurse (DHA Eligible &ndash; Laser License)Location: Dubai, UAE Clinic: Lumos Dental and Aesthetic ClinicRoles &amp; Responsibilities:Aesthetic Nursing &amp; Laser Treatments<ul><li>Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, vascular, acne, and resurfacing treatments</li><li>Assist doctors with injectables (botox, fillers), mesotherapy, PRP, microneedling, chemical peels, and skin boosters</li><li>Conduct patient consultations, treatment planning, and informed consent procedures</li><li>Provide pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care to ensure safety and patient satisfaction</li><li>Operate and maintain laser devices and aesthetic equipment with strict adherence to DHA laser safety protocols</li></ul>Dental Nursing Support<ul><li>Assist dentists during restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, surgical, and implant procedures</li><li>Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, trays, and dental equipment</li><li>Take and record patient vitals, medical histories, and dental charts</li><li>Support in digital dentistry workflows (scanning, photography, treatment documentation)</li><li>Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care</li></ul>Patient Care &amp; Clinical Operations<ul><li>Welcome and prepare patients for dental and aesthetic treatments</li><li>Deliver a professional, reassuring, and customer-focused patient experience</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated medical records, consent forms, and treatment notes</li><li>Ensure compliance with DHA infection control, sterilization, and clinical hygiene protocols</li><li>Coordinate with the reception and administration team to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul>Clinic Inventory &amp; Stock Management<ul><li>Monitor, track, and manage dental, dermatology, and aesthetic consumables</li><li>Oversee stock of injectables, fillers, skincare, dental materials, and laser consumables</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory logs and usage reports</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and management to ensure timely replenishment and cost-efficient ordering</li><li>Ensure treatment rooms, stock rooms, and equipment are organized, replenished, and audit-ready</li></ul>Team &amp; Compliance Duties<ul><li>Support senior doctors and specialists in multidisciplinary patient care</li><li>Train and guide junior staff on infection control, equipment use, and patient preparation</li><li>Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) and in-house training</li><li>Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, documentation, and patient safety standards</li><li>Contribute to marketing activities (before/after photos, patient education, promotions, if required)</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>DHA Eligibility or DHA License (Registered Nurse)</li><li>Valid DHA Laser License (mandatory)</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic nursing &amp; dental nursing in UAE</li><li>Proficient in laser procedures, injectables assistance, and aesthetic equipment handling</li><li>Experience in dental chairside support (general, cosmetic, surgical, and orthodontics)</li><li>Strong skills in inventory management and clinic stock control</li><li>Excellent communication, patient care, and organizational skills</li><li>Professional appearance, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury clinic environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Dental Nurse : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
