Senior Physiotherapist (8&ndash;15 Years Experience)Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala Salary: &#8377;45,000 &ndash; &#8377;1,00,000 (Based on experience &amp; expertise) Benefits: Food and accommodation included in the packagePosition Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Physiotherapist with 8&ndash;15 years of clinical experience. The ideal candidate should hold a Master&rsquo;s degree in Neuro or Orthopaedics, be capable of supervising and training a team, and ensure high-quality patient care using standardized treatment protocols.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct detailed clinical assessments and plan advanced rehabilitation protocols.</li><li>Supervise, mentor and manage a team of physiotherapists and support staff.</li><li>Develop, update and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and training modules.</li><li>Handle complex clinical cases independently while ensuring best patient outcomes.</li><li>Document patient progress, maintain clinical records and prepare reports when needed.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.</li><li>Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and patient satisfaction.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Physiotherapy (Neuro or Ortho specialization mandatory).</li><li>8&ndash;15 years of relevant clinical experience.</li><li>Candidates must be from Kerala; Malayalam fluency is mandatory.</li><li>Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Skilled in treatment planning, execution, and training initiatives.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>&#8377;45,000 &ndash; &#8377;1,00,000 per month (based on experience and skills).</li><li>Food and accommodation included in the package.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
