The selected candidate will support our UAE-based SEO specialists, ensuring the highest standards of SEO practices are implemented across our platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.</li><li>Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities.</li><li>Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for search engines.</li><li>Oversee link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles to ensure compliance with best practices.</li><li>Perform regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexing problems.</li><li>Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with the company's goals.</li><li>Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) and prepare detailed reports.</li><li>Lead a team of SEO executives, providing training and mentoring.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.</li><li>Coordinate with UAE-based SEO specialists to align strategies and share insights.</li><li>Manage local SEO initiatives and optimize for UAE-specific search behavior and preferences.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or directory-based platform.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and local SEO strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with content management systems like WordPress.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with an international team.</li></ul>Qualification Required:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, IT, or related fields.</li><li>Certifications like Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, or equivalent are preferred.</li><li>If you're a passionate SEO professional looking for a challenging role, apply now to be part of our team!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per month
