How You&rsquo;ll Contribute 
As a Psychiatric APP you&rsquo;ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to adult patients enrolled in our virtual programs. You&rsquo;ll work collaboratively with physicians, care coordinators, clinical teammates, and operational partners to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fully remote environment. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Conduct virtual patient assessments and medical histories</li>
</ul><ul><li>Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions</li>
</ul><ul><li>Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical protocols and supervision requirements</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans</li>
</ul><ul><li>Monitor patient progress, safety, and treatment response</li>
</ul><ul><li>Escalate clinical concerns as appropriate</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR</li>
</ul><ul><li>Uphold telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Psychiatric care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Active PA or NP license in good standing with NP board certification or graduation from an accredited PA program.</li>
<li>Must hold or be actively seeking licensure in Vermont and/or Pennsylvania.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong clinical judgment and excellent virtual patient communication skills.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Comfort working with clinical protocols and supervision requirements.</li>
</ul><ul><li>A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with physicians, care coordinators, other staff, and operational partners.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Able to efficiently use and adapt to EHRs, telehealth platforms, and a variety of digital communication and workflow tools.</li></ul> 


Schedule &amp; Compensation
<ul>
<li>Hours: ~20 hours/week, with flexibility based on availability and program needs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Hourly rate: $65-$75/hour; Compensation is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and overall role fit.</li></ul>
