Elements Lawn &amp; Landscape has an immediate opening for a full-time Landscape Enhancement Crew Member at our Austin location. We are looking for a hard-working individual who wants to grow with our company. Ideal candidates are committed, dependable, willing to work in all seasons, and interested in building a long-term career in the landscape industry.
A valid driver&rsquo;s license and relevant experience with installation, softscaping, and hardscaping are required for this position.

Job Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be familiar with and able to operate a dump truck, truck with trailer, skid steer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other related landscaping equipment and tools.</li><li>
Landscape installation experience (softscaping and hardscaping)</li><li>
Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques (concrete work, paving, and retaining wall construction)
</li><li>Plant care knowledge, including enhancement installations, seasonal color, and plant materials</li><li>
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk for extended periods, and regularly lift objects weighing 50&ndash;80 lbs</li><li>
Reliable transportation to and from work daily</li><li>
Welding experience a plus
</li></ul>Required Qualifications:
Landscape enhancement experience (1-3 years) 
Valid driver&rsquo;s license (held for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record) 
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background</div>
