Procurement Officer

The Architect &ndash; Technical Office will be responsible for preparing and coordinating architectural shop drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and supporting project teams through accurate technical documentation and coordination with all disciplines. The role requires strong drafting, visualization, and technical coordination skills.Key Responsibilities Shop Drawings &amp; Technical Documentation<ul><li>Prepare, develop, and review architectural shop drawings in compliance with approved IFC drawings and project specifications</li><li>Produce detailed drawings for finishes, joinery, fit-out, and architectural elements</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion</li></ul>Quantity Surveying &amp; Take-Offs<ul><li>Perform quantity take-offs from drawings for architectural works</li><li>Support cost estimation, material planning, and procurement activities</li><li>Coordinate quantities with site and procurement teams</li></ul>Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design drawings</li><li>Identify and resolve drawing conflicts and discrepancies</li><li>Provide technical support and clarifications to site teams</li></ul>Visualization &amp; Presentation<ul><li>Prepare 3D models and visual presentations when required</li><li>Support design coordination using renders and visual layouts</li></ul>Software &amp; Technical SkillsThe candidate must be proficient in the following software:<ul><li>AutoCAD</li><li>Revit</li><li>SketchUp</li><li>Lumion</li><li>Photoshop</li><li>AI House</li><li>CorelDraw</li><li>MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture</li><li>Minimum 04 years experience in a technical office or similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing</li></ul>Personal Skills<ul><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Organized and technically oriented mindset</li></ul>Reporting To<ul><li>Technical Office Manager / Projects Manager</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR5,500.00 per month
