Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality setting, providing memorable dining experiences for our guests.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit</li><li>Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation</li><li>Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation duties as needed to ensure safety standards</li><li>Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations</li><li>Clear tables efficiently, bussing as necessary to maintain a clean dining environment</li><li>Support team members during busy periods, including assisting with host/host duties or kitchen support when required</li><li>Provided friendly and efficient checkout service by accurately ringing up purchases and assisting customers at the register.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items effectively and contribute to sales goals</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting</li><li>A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and flexibility in work hours are essential</li></ul>Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a lively environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
