What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Provide specialized wound and skin care in accordance with physician orders and best practices</li><li>
Assess resident treatment needs and implement appropriate wound care interventions</li><li>
Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as needed</li><li>
Educate and support nursing staff and CNAs on wound care practices</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain survey readiness</li><li>
Collaborate with the clinical team and MDS team to support documentation and care planning</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Active RN or LPN license required</li><li>
Wound care certification required</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of wound care experience, preferably in long-term care</li><li>
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills</li><li>
Ability to follow written and verbal clinical instructions and procedures</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience in skilled nursing or senior living settings</li><li>
Prior experience working with interdisciplinary care teams</li></ul>
