Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Evolve and expand the IT system architecture to support short term and long-term business needs and long-term architectural needs, as the company continues to scale.</li><li>
Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies to drive business value increase, cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.</li><li>
Collaborate with other Architects to establish and govern technical standards, guidelines, and architectural principles across the organization, ensuring adherence through robust governance frameworks and cross-functional collaboration for consistent software development practices.</li><li>
Develop, document, and communicate plans for investing in systems architecture, including onboarding of new applications and analysis of cost reduction opportunities.</li><li>
Assure a high standard of quality in your work. Mentor and coach colleagues to expand the effectiveness of those around you.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices by identifying and mitigating risks/vulnerabilities in software architectures, while collaborating with security and compliance teams to maintain secure development practices.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li><p>
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required</p></li><li>
If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA is required</li><li><p>
10 years of enterprise/data/system architecture experience, including strategic architecture planning, system development, and hands-on business requirements gathering/analysis preferred</p></li><li><p>
Expertise in enterprise platforms and software evaluation, including ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and service tools required</p></li><li><p>
Advanced knowledge of modern cloud and architecture practices, including managing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) required</p></li><li><p>
Understanding of TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) methodology plus demonstrated ability to lead projects using Agile and DevOps required</p></li><li><p>
Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems, with a good understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.</p></li><li><p>

Lutron is seeking a collaborative and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support multiple Directors in Lutron&rsquo;s Corporate Operations team at our Annex office location in Center Valley PA. A successful Administrative Assistant will conserve their executive's time and promote the corporate image by representing the executive's internally and externally, providing liaison between key executives, customers, and employees.
</div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Executes numerous meeting requests efficiently and timely through professional communication with those involved as well as sound judgment and prioritization</li><li>
Arranges domestic and international corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the air travel; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations</li><li>
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans</li><li>
Anticipates what is needed to accomplish the success of an event, project, or process including consultant agreements and purchase orders</li><li>

Qualifications:
