<p>
Lutron Electronics has an immediate opening for a<b> Process Improvement Engineer</b> in our Humacao, Puerto Rico facility. In this position, you would be a key part of the manufacturing engineering team that leads efforts and drives strategic projects to increase the efficiency and quality of Lutron's manufacturing processes. To be a successful Process Improvement Engineer, you will use your technical knowledge, passion for improvement, and proven communication skills to launch new products and improve profitability on existing products in our manufacturing facility.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Collaborating with other Continuous Improvement Champions to support cross-functional and cross-facility initiatives</li><li>
Developing sustainable improvement capabilities at Lutron through coaching and education</li><li>
Assisting the leadership team with establishing improvement goals, prioritizing improvement projects, and allocating improvement resources</li><li>
Developing and managing improvement projects and plans that span the plant functions including Production, Purchasing, Warehousing, Quality, etc.</li><li>
Preparing and presenting improvement proposals to leadership with recommendations, including cost benefit analysis, risk mitigation, and action plans</li><li>
Quantifying expected and actual benefits of improvement projects through new and existing metrics</li><li>
Supporting daily plant operations through process, system, and technical support.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering field</li><li>
Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferably in a Continuous Improvement role</li><li>
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Change Management tools &amp; processes preferred</li><li>
Demonstrated success leading improvement projects and developing improvement resources</li><li>
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time; domestic and international</li><li>

Responsibilities:

Architect and deploy scalable machine learning and AI systems that serve as foundational platforms for multiple teams</li><li>
Partner with senior engineering, product, and business leaders to shape and execute Lutron&rsquo;s Data &amp; AI strategy</li><li>
Identify, evaluate, and incubate emerging technologies such as generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge AI</li><li>
Establish best practices and standards for MLOps, responsible AI, model governance, and technical excellence</li><li>
Mentor and develop senior and staff-level data scientists and technical leaders</li><li>
Represent Lutron as a technical authority in data science and AI, both internally and externally</li><li>
Drive creation of reusable frameworks, platforms, and intellectual property</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>PhD degree in a STEM field, or MS degree and equivalent, recognized expertise in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.</li><li>
12+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI with sustained, enterprise-level impact</li><li>
Proven leadership track record leading teams and projects, coordinating across functions, and driving execution from concept through delivery.</li><li>
Deep expertise in advanced machine learning, AI systems, and large-scale production deployments</li><li>
Proven ability to influence strategy and technical direction across multiple organizations</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level technical storytelling</li><li>
Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, and deep experience with modern ML frameworks and cloud platforms</li><li>
Expert in large-scale cloud deployment of ML/AI models</li><li>

Lutron is seeking a collaborative and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support multiple Directors in Lutron&rsquo;s Corporate Operations team at our Annex office location in Center Valley PA. A successful Administrative Assistant will conserve their executive's time and promote the corporate image by representing the executive's internally and externally, providing liaison between key executives, customers, and employees.
</div>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Executes numerous meeting requests efficiently and timely through professional communication with those involved as well as sound judgment and prioritization</li><li>
Arranges domestic and international corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the air travel; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations</li><li>
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans</li><li>

Qualifications:
