Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Senior Information Systems Specialist to support our Austin, TX operations. In this position, you would be a key part of the Information Technology team supporting our production and distribution operations.</div><div> 
</div><div>To be successful in this role, you will use your interpersonal skills and technical expertise to meet the needs of the Lutron production operations and their people. You will leverage your technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, problem solving abilities, proven communication skills, and time management abilities to add value in the Austin operation. You will support primary IT functions for our Austin manufacturing, distribution, and engineering operations.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Ensure IT System uptime for manufacturing lines and support staff.</li><li>
Manage IT equipment inventory in Austin &ndash; tracking, procurement, and distribution.</li><li>
Implement company-wide IT initiatives to our Austin location to ensure compliance, increase security, or improve performance.</li><li>
Provide IT support and customer service to Austin team members.</li><li>
Serve as Tier 2 &ldquo;PC Helpdesk&rdquo; for local employees.</li><li>
Properly document and manage all current IT systems in the facility.</li><li>
Support applications in the production facility.</li><li>
Function as the interface between corporate and the local facility for all IT matters.</li><li>
Coordinate with corporate IT to ensure we have the proper infrastructure to support the business now and in the future.</li><li>
Support general IT production needs.</li><li>
Build and hone your skills in multiple IT disciplines.</li><li>
Be flexible and help with other projects and responsibilities as needed.</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, Management information Systems is preferred</li><li>
If you have a degree, a minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 is required</li><li>
Knowledge of computer systems, software applications, programming languages, operating systems, networking and/or database</li><li>
Prefer 3+ years of experience in manufacturing facility with specific responsibilities for the IT function or general IT operations/admin experience</li><li>
Self-starting, inquisitive, flexible, multi-tasking</li><li>
Driven to maintain high standards of quality, even under pressure</li><li>
Skillful at solving problems with enthusiasm and creativity</li></ul>

Senior Information Systems Specialist - Austin

<div>Overview:

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for a Fabric Product Manager located in Coopersburg, PA. In this role, you will lead the development and lifecycle management of the fabric portfolio supporting Lutron&rsquo;s Window Systems business. You will serve as the internal champion for our fabric offering, ensuring fabrics across all shading products meet customer expectations for performance, quality, and design. Apply your expertise in textiles, materials, and product portfolio management to evaluate new fabrics, guide product launches, and continuously improve our fabric selection to meet evolving market demands. 
Working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, you will translate customer insights into initiatives that strengthen Lutron&rsquo;s shading portfolio and support continued business growth. You will also partner with global fabric suppliers to identify new capabilities, materials, and innovations that elevate the customer experience. This is a highly collaborative and visible role that blends technical expertise, market awareness and product leadership to shape the fabrics that define Lutron's window treatment solutions.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage and curate the full fabric portfolio across all shading products, including lifecycle management</li><li>Conduct market research and translate customer insights into portfolio improvements</li><li>Partner with Sales and customers to identify opportunities that support growth in the Shades business</li><li>Collaborate with Fabric Engineering to guide development of new fabrics and technical capabilities</li><li>Plan and execute fabric launches, defining naming, pricing, families, and portfolio positioning</li><li>Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and cross-functional capacity</li><li>Develop and oversee physical and digital fabric tools including binders, samples, and digital platforms</li><li>Support fabric representation across websites, customer tools, tradeshows, and industry platforms</li><li>Create and deliver training materials for internal teams and external channel partners</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, coordinating development needs, launch forecasting, and supplier visits</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required &ndash; degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Design, Textile Technology, Materials Science, Polymer, Color Chemistry, or related field preferred</li><li>
10+ years of professional experience post academics</li><li>
3+ years of experience working with textiles, fabrics, materials, or product portfolios</li><li>
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams</li><li>
Ability to manage product or material portfolios and support new product launch</li><li>
Willingness to travel 10-15% to domestic and international manufacturing facilities</li></ul>
