 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data &amp; Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (primarily in Power BI) for stakeholders across functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Write, validate, and optimize SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, logs, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct deep dive, ad hoc, and trend analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Present findings and recommendations in clear, compelling formats to non‑technical audiences (executive summaries, slide decks, reports)
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics, finance, tech) to understand business challenges, define KPIs, and monitor progress
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting pipelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage competing priorities and deliver under deadlines, in a fast-paced, evolving environment
 
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within e‑commerce, retail, or digital business settings
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in SQL (e.g. query writing, joins, aggregations, subqueries, performance tuning)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for dashboarding, data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, advanced formulas, charting)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills &mdash; capable of translating technical analysis into business insights for diverse audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, yet collaborate effectively in a team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail, strong analytical mind, and a business-oriented mindset
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred (Nice to Have)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with e‑commerce marketplace data (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) or digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
