The ideal candidate has a strong passion for beauty and fragrance, stays ahead of social media trends, and has proven experience building successful influencer collaborations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.</li><li>Negotiate influencer agreements, deliverables, and timelines in line with campaign goals and budgets.</li><li>Conceptualize and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Plan, create, and publish compelling social media content aligned with the brand&rsquo;s identity and messaging.</li><li>Oversee daily marketing activities, including campaign execution, brand promotions, and digital initiatives.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools.</li><li>Stay informed about emerging social media trends and rising influencers within the fragrance and beauty industry.</li><li>Ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation across all influencer-generated content.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and digital trends.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.</li><li>A genuine interest in fragrance and beauty is highly preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Strong enthusiasm for beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle-focused content.</li><li>Creative, energetic individuals comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.</li><li>Candidates with 1&ndash;4 years of experience in social media, marketing, or related roles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
