<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Deliver recommendations and actionable insights to key stakeholders to help drive revenue</li><li>
Use strong technical and business intuition to optimize GTM motions, ensuring data-driven approaches drive efficiency, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.</li><li>
Solve difficult open ended up problems through novel data solutions and analytics.</li><li>
Support development of predictive models to support strategic and operational initiatives</li><li>
Build dashboards, data products, and ad hoc report studies to analyze and present data associated with GTM analytics, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision making</li><li>
Work with key stakeholders and the leadership team to define and monitor KPIs across the company</li><li>
Build production-ready data models and schemas using DBT to support downstream analytics</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Must Haves</b></h3><ul><li>
Proficiency in SQL</li><li>
Proficiency in any statistical programming language (i.e, Python or R)</li><li>
5+ years in doing analytics with a robust understanding of statistical concepts</li><li>
Experience working with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, SiSense, Hex, or Looker etc)</li><li>
Experience building predictive/forecasting models</li><li>
Ability to work independently, and lead projects from start to finish</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, and prioritize competing requests</li><li>
Ability to identify and push for process improvements for the teams we support</li><li>
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations</li><li>
Ability to partner with leadership and stakeholders across the company to understand business needs and how these can be addressed through analytics</li><li>
Experience supporting any GTM teams including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

We&rsquo;re looking for a<b> Senior Product Manager, Client Marketing &amp; Advertising</b>, to build the next generation of client marketing experiences at Luxury Presence &mdash; spanning digital, print, and offline channels. You&rsquo;ll own a portfolio of products that help real estate professionals plan, launch, and measure campaigns across listing ads, social, email, SMS, and emerging offerings like print and direct mail.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role is ideal for a product leader with a strong marketing background who can think like a CMO and ship like a PM. You understand how agents generate demand, nurture leads, and build their brand, and you can translate those needs into simple, scalable products and packaged offerings. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with Client Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Client Success to define strategy, create new go-to-market programs (e.g., turnkey print/direct mail campaigns), and ensure our platform drives measurable business outcomes for our clients.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll also collaborate with our AI/ML and engineering teams to embed intelligent automation and AI-powered creative into the client marketing experience &mdash; making sophisticated marketing accessible and effective for thousands of real estate professionals.</div><div></div><div><br>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Own the strategy and roadmap for client marketing &amp; advertising products, spanning digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and offline channels such as print and direct mail.</li><li>
Define end-to-end marketing workflows that help agents and teams plan, launch, and measure campaigns across channels (ads, email, SMS, social, print/direct mail) from within the Luxury Presence platform.</li><li>
Partner with Client Marketing leadership to create scalable client programs and &ldquo;campaign in a box&rdquo; offerings (e.g., listing launch playbooks, neighborhood farming packages, print/direct mail bundles) and turn them into productized experiences.</li><li>
Develop templated campaigns and playbooks that encode marketing best practices while still allowing for brand-appropriate customization by agents and teams.</li><li>
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance AI-powered assistants and creative tools that help clients generate copy, creative, and campaign structures quickly and on-brand.</li><li>
Build segmentation, targeting, and personalization capabilities that make it easy for clients to reach the right audiences at the right time across channels.</li><li>
Design intuitive, premium user experiences that reflect our luxury brand while remaining simple enough for busy, non-technical users to adopt quickly.</li><li>
Create clear reporting and insights that tie marketing activity to lead generation, pipeline, and ROI, helping clients understand what&rsquo;s working and where to invest next.</li><li>
Evaluate and launch new channels and offerings, including third-party partnerships (e.g., print, direct mail, or specialty media providers) that can be packaged and delivered through our platform.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with CRM and lead management teams to ensure campaigns are tightly integrated with contact data, lead routing, and nurturing workflows.</li><li>
Define and track success metrics across adoption, engagement, campaign performance, and revenue impact &mdash; and use these metrics to prioritize and iterate.</li><li>
Act as the voice of the client marketer inside the organization, bringing market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence into the product planning process.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Who You Are</b></h3><ul><li>
7+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated progression to senior/staff level.</li><li>
Strong background in marketing and/or growth, ideally having partnered closely with marketing teams or owned campaigns yourself earlier in your career.</li><li>
Experience building marketing, CRM, or advertising products in a B2B SaaS environment (e.g., campaign management, lifecycle marketing, email/SMS tools, marketing automation, ads, or similar).</li><li>
Comfortable working across multiple channels, including paid media (e.g., Meta/Google), owned channels (email, SMS), and offline tactics (print, direct mail, event marketing, etc.).</li><li>
Deep understanding of performance and lifecycle marketing fundamentals &mdash; funnels, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, attribution basics &mdash; and how these inform product decisions.</li><li>
Proven ability to take ambiguous client needs and turn them into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and shipped experiences.</li><li>
Experience designing or overseeing premium UX for non-technical users, with strong instincts for simplicity, polish, and brand alignment.</li><li>
Highly data-driven, with experience running experiments, interpreting campaign and product analytics, and using insights to iterate.</li><li>
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; you&rsquo;re comfortable working with marketing, sales, client success, operations, design, and engineering.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate vision, tradeoffs, and priorities to both executives and individual contributors.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience building or working with marketing platforms such as CRMs, email/SMS tools, or advertising management platforms.</li><li>
Hands-on experience at some point in your career running campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email/SMS campaigns, direct mail programs, or similar).</li><li>
Background in PropTech, real estate, or lead generation platforms where marketing and advertising drive core business outcomes.</li><li>
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing, such as content generation, audience modeling, or performance prediction.</li><li>
Experience packaging marketing services (e.g., managed services, campaign bundles, print/direct mail programs) into scalable, repeatable offerings.</li></ul><div><b>
