This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the real estate industry and aims to grow into a Property Consultant role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation &amp; Cold Calling<ul><li>Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and potential buyers</li><li>Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior agents</li><li>Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information</li><li>Follow up with prospects consistently</li></ul>Listings Support<ul><li>Assist in creating and uploading property listings on portals</li><li>Coordinate with agents to gather property details, images, and pricing</li><li>Monitor and update listing status</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Support documentation preparation and transaction coordination</li><li>Assist with client data entry and filing</li><li>Provide general operational support to the team</li></ul>Sales Exposure<ul><li>Attend property viewings (when required)</li><li>Shadow senior brokers during client meetings</li><li>Learn market research and pricing strategies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong communication skills and confidence on calls</li><li>Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Highly motivated and target-oriented</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Interest in pursuing a long-term career in real estate</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hands-on real estate training</li><li>Direct mentorship from experienced brokers</li><li>Exposure to live deals and client interactions</li><li>Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time Property Consultant role</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
