This contract role supports as-needed client engagements focused on clinical documentation accuracy, medical necessity, and regulatory compliance across rehabilitation and post-acute care settings.What You'll Do<ul><li>Conduct clinical documentation audits for inpatient and outpatient rehab services</li><li>Evaluate medical necessity, billing accuracy, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Identify documentation risk and improvement opportunities</li><li>Deliver clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations</li><li>Support providers through education and compliance-focused guidance</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Clinical or operational leadership experience in post-acute care - Director of Nursing (DON) or Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) experience a plus</li><li>Strong auditing or compliance background in post-acute or rehab settings</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical, audit, or compliance experience</li><li>Working knowledge of reimbursement and regulatory frameworks, including: MS-DRG, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, PDPM/HIPPS, CMGs, RUGs</li><li>Comfortable working independently and meeting project deliverables</li><li>Consulting, compliance, or quality assurance experience preferred</li></ul>Required Credentials<ul><li>RN (Registered Nurse)</li><li>RAC-CT (Resident Assessment Coordinator - Certified)</li></ul>Preferred Credentials<ul><li>Relevant professional licensure or certification aligned with post-acute leadership or compliance.</li></ul>Why work with LW Consulting, Inc.?<ul><li>Flexible, project-based work</li><li>Meaningful compliance and quality improvement engagements</li><li>Supportive, experienced consulting team</li></ul>Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at least 3 years of of relevant clinical, audit, or compliance experience?</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>RAC-CT Certification (Required)</li><li>RN License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
