Our business is rapidly expanding through TikTok and offline retail, and we are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube</li><li>Create engaging content (short videos, posts, reels) to drive traffic to both online shop and physical store</li><li>Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning</li><li>Run and optimize paid ads (TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)</li><li>Conduct SEO optimization for social media and website visibility</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and improve content strategy based on data</li><li>Collaborate with the team for in-store content creation (client transformations, product showcases, etc.)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube accounts</li><li>Familiar with social media algorithms, trends, and content strategies</li><li>Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies</li><li>MUST have knowledge or experience with wigs (human hair wigs preferred)</li><li>Comfortable appearing on camera or directing content shoots</li><li>Strong creativity and execution ability</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in beauty, hair, or wig industry</li><li>Hands-on experience with wig installation, styling, or usage</li><li>Experience working with influencers or content creators</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Full-time / Part-time (flexible based on candidate)</li><li>In-person role (not remote)</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
