 is currently recruiting for a Construction Supintendent to join our growing team in Yanqul Oman
 
 
 Reporting to the Site Manager, the Construction Superintendent is responsible for the accurate, timely and professional delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the company, client and projects requirements.
 
 
 
 The tasks you'll perform
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the project execution and on time delivery of the NPI construction works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and guide the Lycopodium Civil, Concrete, SMP and E&amp;I Team and other construction Contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide advice and support to the construction team, whilst utilising your experience in Process Plant and Infrastructure Construction/Operations/Maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the project health and safety performance by leading by example and ensuring all works are conducted in line with the project HSE management plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Client and Project QA/QC requirements, as well as company policies, plans and procedures in conjunction with the Project Engineering Team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow the construction plan &amp; manage overall progress in respect of time, costs &amp; quality in conjunction with the Project Controls Team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor construction work for compliance with engineering drawings, design specifications, owner&rsquo;s standards, and statutory regulations, in conjunction with the site-based Engineering Team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain &amp; foster relationships &amp; contacts, &amp; liaison with the Owner&rsquo;s and EPCM Engineering and Procurement Teams in respect of technical and commercial issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee planned work scopes and ensure job completion is constructed in accordance with relevant specifications, procedures and schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring supervisors and engineers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend client progress meetings and maintain a positive relationship with the client.

 </ul>
 
 The expertise you'll bring
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7 years&rsquo; experience in a Construction Manager/Superintendent role within a mineral processing plant/infrastructure/project - site based.
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree or Diploma qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a Trade Qualification in Mechanical Fitting/Electrical with Professional Development training in Project or Maintenance Management, post 10 years from the trade qualification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner is desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and sound knowledge of HSE policy and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
