Requirements:
<ul><li>Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.</li><li>
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.</li><li>
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li></ul>
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and establish trust.</li><li>
Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences by asking questions to better understand their requirements.</li><li>
Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features.</li><li>
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.</li><li>
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.</li><li>
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns or questions they may have.</li><li>
Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.</li></ul></div>
