Lynco Products, a leading distributor, manufacturer, and importer of consumer goods, is seeking a full-time Industrial Designer to join our in-house creative team in Rock Island, IL. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, product-focused environment and is passionate about bringing physical CPG products to life-from concept through production. This role blends traditional industrial design with hands-on graphic and visual design work, to support both product and branding development.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conceptualize and develop innovative product designs for consumer goods across multiple categories.</li><li>
Create high-quality sketches, 3D models, renderings, animations, and presentations to communicate design intent.</li><li>
Apply design thinking principles to solve user experience and aesthetic challenges.</li><li>
Partner with marketing, product development, and leadership teams to determine design feasibility and alignment.</li><li>
Develop supporting visual assets including graphics, branding elements, and merchandising concepts using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.</li><li>
Contribute to cohesive product experiences that align with brand standards.</li><li>
Contribute towards design campaigns such as social media, websites, UX/UI, videos and print collateral</li><li>
Ensure all design work&mdash;both physical and visual&mdash;maintains brand consistency.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Design or a related field.</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in industrial design, product development, or related roles (coursework and internships may count toward experience).</li><li>
Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar).</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for both product visualization and graphic design work.</li><li>
Experience using KeyShot to render high-quality images and animations.</li><li>
Strong sketching, ideation, and visualization skills.</li><li>
Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.</li><li>
Experience integrating industrial design with graphic design (packaging, branding, or merchandising) is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to iterate quickly.</li><li>
Strong collaboration and communication abilities.</li></ul>
