<div>Job Title: System Test / Automation Engineer
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus Eligible

It allows different operating systems and applications of different criticality levels to be run on separate cores for improved performance, reliability, and security.</li><li>
CoreSuite 2.0: A suite of graphics libraries and tools that enable GPU hardware acceleration for both graphics and &quot;GPU Compute&quot;, supporting applications such as machine learning and AI processing in edge devices.</li><li>
MOSA.ic.SCA and Vigiles, tools that provide Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and Common Vulnerabilities Exposure (CVE) management for embedded Linux-based and other applications.</li><li>
Software development services for high-reliability applications that can include initial setup of a &quot;DevSecOps&quot; development environment, software application development, and long-term product lifecycle management.</li></ul> 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop detailed system-level test cases based on system requirements, specifications, and design documents.</li><li>
Produce and maintain test documentation including test procedures, test scripts, test reports, and traceability matrices.</li><li>
Execute system test cases in both lab and simulated environments; document and report results.</li><li>
Perform functional, integration, performance, and regression testing at the system level.</li><li>
Collaborate with systems and software engineering teams to clarify requirements and identify testable conditions.</li><li>
Identify, reproduce, and document defects; work with development teams to support root-cause analysis and resolution.</li><li>
Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and test results.</li><li>
Participate in formal test reviews, audits, and certification activities where applicable (e.g. DO-178, ARP4754).</li><li>
Contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies, processes, and tools. Perform additional job duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in system-level testing of complex embedded, avionics, or safety-critical systems.</li><li>
Strong ability to develop test cases and procedures from requirements and specifications.</li><li>
Knowledge of system testing methods: functional, integration, performance, regression.</li><li>
Experience documenting and reporting test results in compliance with engineering standards.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul> 
Preferred / Desired Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience with avionics, aerospace, or defense systems testing.</li><li>
Familiarity with DO-178B/C, ARP4754, or other safety-critical standards.</li><li>
Knowledge of embedded systems, real-time operating systems, or communication protocols.</li><li>
Hands-on with Linux command line tools: ifconfig, ip, netstat, ss, iptables, ethtool, etc.</li><li>
Familiarity with virtualization/container environments: VMware, VirtualBox, Docker, or KVM.</li><li>
Knowledge of PXE boot, TFTP, and remote OS installation for test setups.</li><li>
Exposure to configuration management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Git, ClearCase).</li><li>
Ability to work in lab environments with test equipment and simulators.</li></ul>
