BASIC FUNCTION:</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
Leads Maintenance activities of manufacturing equipment and facility. The position requires to have a have strong sense in HSE and comply with site HSE procedures and standards. Continuously involve in enhancing the technological efficiency of the equipment and facility.</p>

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:</b></h2>
</div><div><div><ul><li>Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to the company&rsquo;s HSE policy and procedures and within Indian legislation</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out at maximum efficiency, promote improvement in work practices led to better HSE performance, quality and achieved the maintenance KPI&rsquo;s</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance Plan and Predictive Maintenance plan for related equipment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain records and documentation for equipment, spare parts and performance records necessary to keep the plant performance at a high level</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide constructive idea and solution to the related equipment with its hidden design flaws, influence of the production efficiency and HSE issues.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide technical support to solve the Equipment Emergency fault and organize the technicians to analysis and find out the root cause of the failure.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure that relevant equipment inspections / calibrations required by the company&rsquo;s quality, safety and environmental procedures and Indian legislations are completed on time.</li></ul>
<ul><li>New project and equipment introduced follow-ups closely and make the mechanical acceptance go smoothly and effectively.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintenance Cost manage and follow-up under budget. Continuously improve production process and facilities to meet EHS requirement, enhance productivity and reduce production cost.</li></ul>
<ul><li>OE and GAIS procedure and standard are maintained in a high level</li></ul>
<ul><li>Train the staff in routine maintenance and production tasks</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain documentation to comply with the ISO-9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016,EMS 14001, certification process and also manage the certification audits</li></ul>

Education:</b></p>
<p>
High school graduation, technical secondary school or above, in electrical Engineering, Experience of 10 Years with Degree or 15 years with Diploma.</p>

Work Experience:</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>15 years in Maintenance department from multi-national Chemical / Engineering company</li></ul>
<ul><li>Have strong HSE sense &amp; housekeeping awareness.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Be familiar with PLC and DRIVE operation. Be familiar with mechanical automation, electrical diagram, UPS and LED touch panel maintenance and operation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong team work spirit.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Hands on Experience on AC drives Siemens PLC and Automation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good knowledge of Utilities and Lab Equipment&rsquo;s.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Hands on Experience on Maintenance of Electrical part for Extruder machinery and feeders, pelletizing system, conveying system, accessories.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Hands on experience on Electrical Project Installations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of DG set operations and Installations with Tamil Nadu Govt. rules &amp; Regulations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge for Compliance to Electrical Inspector and required regulations with TNEB Board.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge for Compliance to Inspector and required regulations with TNPCB Board.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Be familiar with management process of equipment and accessories, be able to analysis root cause of problem and fix basic/regular problems independently.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Be familiar with all Utility equipment&rsquo;s like Transformer, MV Panel, VCB, ACB, DG, Compressor, Cooling tower, STP, ETP, RO plant system, DE/FE/CVS system and firefighting system</li></ul>

</div><div><div><ul><li>Certificate from Industrial Training Institute for Trade Fitter and Electrician</li></ul>

<ul><li>Process Management: He or she knows the PCMA technology and facility well and can find out the root cause of every equipment failure root cause.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Integrity and Trust: He or she can develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance and predictive Plan for related equipment. Establish/update standard preventive maintenance system (e.g. SOP, instruction and PM). And give other staffs training.</li></ul>

The Raw Material Administrator is responsible for analyzing production plans, maintaining appropriate inventories, and purchasing and receiving raw materials at the Morris site. This includes raw material use forecasting, issuing purchase orders, consumption reporting, inventory reporting, scheduling deliveries, completing receipt paperwork for raw materials, and compiling/retaining supporting documentation.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
A Day in the Life</b></h2>

To effectively perform the duties of this position, the individual must:<br>
<ul><li>Possess general knowledge and understanding of plant operations, products, ISO quality systems, raw materials utilized at the plant site, and accounting and site procedures.</li><li>Be proficient in Microsoft Office products and SAP within the areas of inventory, materials management, purchasing, and production and inventory planning.</li><li>Demonstrate effective communication skills with stakeholders.</li><li>Exhibit strong attention to detail to avoid production or quality impacts.</li><li>Maintain accurate record keeping to ensure internal and external audit compliance.</li><li>Work independently and be self-directed.</li></ul>
Roles &amp; Responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Monitor and analyze production plans daily to determine future raw material needs.</li><li>Purchase site raw materials. Purchasing activities include the use of supplier outline agreements or issuing requisitions for materials without supplier outline agreements.</li><li>Manage inbound schedule of ordered materials in accordance with bulk and warehouse space capacity limits. Coordinate the shipment of raw materials/chemicals and ensure timely delivery to meet changing production schedules.</li><li>Reconcile physical month end inventories of raw materials and complete SAP adjustments. Participate in the annual physical inventory audit.</li><li>Interact directly with internal customers and suppliers to ensure inventory requirements are achieved.</li><li>Conduct quality review of certificates of analysis for compliance with site specifications for chemicals, catalysts, and additives.</li><li>Participate in customer and supplier audits as required.</li><li>Resolve SAP invoice issues for raw material purchases. Work with Procurement, Disbursements, and suppliers to clear any discrepancies concerning price, receipts, credit, demurrage, and freight.</li><li>Consult with warehouse and tank car offloading employees to ensure materials are rotated from the warehouse to production by practicing FIFO (first in, first out) requirements, scrapped when contaminated or damaged, and returned for credit if no longer used.</li><li>Ensure timely return of shipping containers to avoid unnecessary demurrage.</li><li>Document vendor performance and quality of raw materials.</li><li>Actively participate in site safety programs</li></ul></div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
