Landscape GeneralWe are looking to hire a full time Experienced Landscape laborerThe ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience Landscaping and have a general knowledge of hand tools, and power tools.Essential Landscape Skills/Experience:<ul><li>Stone work: flagstone and paver patios and pathways including grading and base installation, retaining walls, boulder setting, repair work</li><li>Installing edging and aggregate</li><li>Fence repair and installation: mostly cedar, split-rail, double gates</li><li>Large tree transportation and planting</li><li>Small tree trimming and removal</li><li>Drainage and grading work (gutters, downspouts, French drains)</li><li>Fine grading for sod installation</li><li>Ability to read tape measure, level</li><li>Ability to drive pickup truck with dump trailer and haul machines and material safely and confidently</li><li>Experience using skidsteer, mini-excavators, dingo, plate compactor</li><li>Experience with basic hand tools (drills, sawzall, miter saw, table saw, jackhammer, plate compactor, sod cutter)</li><li>Snow removal.</li></ul>Helpful Skills (non-essential):<ul><li>Deck work</li><li>Light plumbing, electrical</li><li>Painting/staining</li><li>Door window hardware</li><li>Gutter cleaning and repair</li><li>Light mechanical work, troubleshoot equipment</li><li>Sprinkler work</li><li>Drywall repair, siding, trim work</li></ul>Must be professional team player, punctual, presentable and great with people.Must take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, and be a resourceful problem solver.Lyons Lawn and Landscape has been serving the needs of residential homeowners, property management firms, realtors, house flippers, HOAs, and developers on the Front Range for 15 years.
