Job Summary Purpose: Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and material within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedules.Requirements:<ul><li>Incorporate the principles of Frasca&rsquo;s Mission, Vision, and Values into all aspects of performing job duties.</li><li>Promote progress by integrating company policy and using initiative to recommend change.</li><li>Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report quality deficiencies.</li><li>Communicate with customers and other departments.</li><li>3-5 years experience</li><li>High School Diploma /GED</li></ul>Essential Functions:<ul><li>Reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules.</li><li>Conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.</li><li>Compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and productions problems.</li><li>Assist other departments with walk-up situations.</li><li>Receive and count stock items and record data manually or using computer.</li><li>Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stock cage.</li><li>Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.</li><li>Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.</li><li>Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.</li><li>Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.</li><li>Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.</li><li>Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.</li><li>Prepare for annual audit; assist with accounting during inventory.</li><li>Assist Shipping &amp; Receiving as needed.</li><li>Master and continue to perform essential function of Inventory Control Clerk role.</li><li>Establish and maintain high quality standards within department.</li><li>Coordinate the day-to-day activities of Inventory Control personnel.</li><li>Purchase orders for projects.</li><li>Verify inventory counts.</li><li>Track and receive parts.</li><li>Manage part allocations to projects.</li><li>Organize and conduct annual inventory.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>Cutting and prioritizing work orders.</li><li>Determine proper quantities for creation of work orders and purchase orders for project resources allocations.</li><li>Maintaining low inventory dollars and keeping accurate inventory counts.</li><li>Verify inventory compilations by comparing them to physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies.</li><li>Communicate with Purchasing to resolve problems with materials.</li><li>Communicate with Machine Shop to ensure raw materials allocation.</li><li>Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.</li><li>Planning sequence of assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.</li><li>Determines the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.</li><li>Prepare production reports.</li><li>Prepare for annual inventory.</li><li>Assist Accounting during inventory.</li><li>Master and continue to perform essential functions of planner role.</li><li>Train, assist, and mentor other team members.</li><li>Review the work of other team members.</li></ul>Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities to resolve production problems.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
