Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Product Director. 
Job Description 
New Product Initiative<ul><li>
Develop and launch new Locum VMS and inhouse float pool system from ground up</li><li>
Collect and analyze inputs and feedback from PracticeMatch customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products</li><li>
Build and maintain product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision</li><li>
Working with team leadership, define KPIs for your initiatives and manage and report on performance, keeping all stakeholders updated on progress and impact</li><li>
Following the agile development process, break down initiatives to MVPs, write stories, and ensure clarity across product, design, and development teams</li><li>
Ensure initiatives are delivered in a timely fashion and to specifications</li><li>
Oversee user acceptance testing and lead launch planning and execution</li><li>
Contribute to overall improvement of team processes</li><li>
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision</li></ul>
Team mentorship and coaching<ul><li>
Coach other product managers on best practices of product development process and project management</li><li>
Assist product managers to set proper deliverables and timelines, while clearly setting expectations with senior management</li><li>
Assist subsidiary senior management to translate their business needs into product roadmap</li><li>
Help senior management to set reasonable expectation and understand the tradeoff among project scope, priority and delivery timelines</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in technology or business-related discipline strongly preferred</li></ul>
Minimum Experience:<ul><li>
4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer for a healthcare recruiting related businesses</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:<ul><li>
Able to drive a product feature from initiation through to launch and post launch analysis</li><li>
Experience working with design and development teams in agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)</li><li>
Previous work as a Scrum Master is highly preferred. CSM or CSPO is a BIG plus</li><li>
Highly proficient at requirements definition and writing user stories</li><li>
Proven ability to help teams improve processes and workflows</li><li>
Experience with various agile tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.)</li><li>
Data driven, familiar with Google Analytics or similar analytics package</li><li>
Exceptional communications skills</li></ul>
