The role focuses on analyzing workloads, preventing bottlenecks, and aligning production capacity with order demand, while also ensuring timely dispatch in coordination with logistics and sales teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCapacity Planning<ul><li>Develop daily and weekly capacity plans based on order intake, machine capability, and available manpower</li><li>Analyze machine loading and capacity utilization to identify and prevent bottlenecks</li><li>Balance workloads across machines to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime</li><li>Evaluate production capacity vs. demand and highlight constraints in advance</li><li>Monitor actual vs. planned output and adjust capacity allocation accordingly</li><li>Work closely with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure optimal machine utilization</li><li>Track work-in-progress (WIP) and identify capacity-related delays</li></ul>Dispatch &amp; Logistics Coordination<ul><li>Plan and schedule dispatches in line with confirmed capacity and delivery timelines</li><li>Coordinate with transport/logistics teams for vehicle allocation and route planning</li><li>Review sales orders and confirm realistic delivery commitments based on capacity</li><li>Communicate order status, delays, or constraints to sales and customer service teams</li></ul>Order Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain an accurate order and capacity tracking system</li><li>Provide regular reports on capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and performance</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and throughput</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in capacity planning, production coordination, or logistics</li><li>Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of WIRON ERP is mandatory</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Pay: From AED160.00 per dayWork Location: In person
