Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Execute digital/social strategies from concept to completion</li>
<li>Act as day-to-day lead with multiple clients across accounts</li>
<li>Provide strong counsel and recommendations, both for clients and internal teams</li>
<li>Social campaign development, collaborating across digital and creative teams</li>
Work with integrated agency teams - including research and insights, paid media, innovation tech <li>- to develop plans that meet client goals</li>
<li>Manage third party relationships including vendors and partners</li>
<li>Follow approval processes and legal requirements per individual client needs</li>
<li>Manage social media presence at client events, including real-time monitoring and live content creation support</li>
<li>Keep abreast of industry trends and regularly present fresh, proactive ideas to clients</li>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring:

<li>An eye towards client management and account growth</li>
<li>Expertise across core digital and social channels with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Twitter/X, and TikTok</li>

<li>Experience creating and executing social media strategies at brand level and campaign level</li>

We now have an opportunity for a Digital Community Management Associate (Temp to Perm) to join our growing team and help drive social engagement, community insight, social listening and creative ideation, particularly for B2B Google brands looking to show up in culture with relevance and resonance.

About The Role:

This is the role for someone who&rsquo;s extremely online in the best way. You&rsquo;ve got a feel for what&rsquo;s trending on TikTok or Instagram Reels before it&rsquo;s in a deck, you understand the nuance of brand tone in the comments section, and you can spot a UGC gem in a sea of scroll.

As a Digital Community Management Associate, you&rsquo;ll be at the center of the conversation: monitoring, commenting, and surfacing insights that shape how our clients connect with their communities. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, and client leads to bring bold social ideas to life, and learn what it takes to build brands in the fast-moving world of digital culture.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

Be the Voice of the Brand with a B2B lens
<ul>
<li>Own daily community management across Linkedin, YouTube, X, and Facebook for our Brands - identifying opportunities to comment on other posts and responding on our own</li>
<li>Monitor brand and industry conversations using tools like Brandwatch, and Talkwalker, with manual support</li>
<li>Quickly draft and post comments aligned with established Brand voice</li>
<li>Spot and flag potential issues early, and respond per our established protocols</li>
<li>Attend live events or in-office war rooms to support real-time coverage and engagement</li>
<li>Maintain trackers to log community engagements, responses, and opportunities surfaced</li>
</ul>
Project Manage Like a Pro
<ul>
<li>Drive small-scale projects independently, for example, partnering with external orgs or collaborators to get content live</li>
<li>Work closely with a team that includes a Project Manager and Account Manager to keep things moving smoothly - experience in Monday.com a plus</li>
<li>Coordinate real-time content moments quickly and creatively</li>
<li>Anticipate needs and ask smart questions</li>
</ul>
Work Closely with Clients
<ul>
<li>Join client meetings to listen in on any SL / CM / posting needs or shifts as well as sharing social insights in real time</li>
<li>Review meeting agendas and recaps that keep everyone aligned</li>
<li>Provide thoughtful POVs and platform-informed recommendations live and via email</li>
<li>Proactively respond to our client emails for the workstreams you manage</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients and partners on content that authentically features the brand</li>
</ul>
Collaborate and Plan Across Teams
<ul>
<li>Publish content, maintain content calendars, and keep cross-functional teams synced</li>
<li>Comfortable with reporting and publishing tools (we use Sprinklr) to execute content calendars</li>
<li>Track performance and share learnings to inform future work</li>
<li>Partner with Analytics on monthly reporting and recommendations</li>
<li>Help translate social trends, tone shifts, and memes into actionable content ideas for weekly trend spotting send</li>
</ul>
Create Content
<ul>
<li>Develop clever posts when speed or real-time relevance matters</li>
<li>Strong social copywriting skills a must</li>
<li>Work with the creative team to bring posts to life</li>
<li>Knowledge of AI tools (Gemini) a plus in assisting with the content creation process</li>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

As Associate Influencer Strategist you will bring cultural insights, thought leadership, and strategic thinking to help lead influencer programming on brands across the agency with a focus on CPG brands. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for both contributions in all phases of the influence process for these programs/brands.
