We have an immediate opening for a Document Specialist / Customer Service Representative.Part-time or Full-time opportunity. ****This position would be ideal for a college student who is able to work at our location for a few full days each week.*****Position SummaryThe position is a Document Specialist / Customer Service position with a prominent legal services firm in the Delaware Valley. This position is located at our Wilmington, Delaware office. The successful candidate will be expected to have good attendance and be well organized. This role is document handling and processing; there will be some customer service tasks involved as well.Candidates must: <ul><li>Have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word</li><li>Be friendly, outgoing, and have strong customer relation skills</li><li>Be detail oriented and follow instructions</li><li>Be dependable, honest and trustworthy</li><li>Good Business Communication Skills</li><li>Dress professionally</li><li>Have exemplary attendance and punctuality</li><li>Have ability to use basic math skills to problem solve</li><li>Have high school diploma or GED qualification required</li><li>Duties include: </li><li>Welcome clients in a professional and respectful manner</li><li>Document preparation, proofreading &amp; filing</li><li>Sort and scan documents</li><li>Data entry</li><li>Acting as a team player</li><li>Special projects &amp; other administrative tasks</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
