<b>Customer Success Representative - Central, TX Territory - Long Term Care Pharmacy</b><br>

The M Chest Pharmacy Service Representative is a multi-faceted role with a variety of responsibilities ranging from relationship building to project management with a heavy dose of problem solving. If you are an independent proactive problem solver who likes being on the go, M Chest Pharmacy has an opportunity for you. You&rsquo;ll need energy, personal motivation and drive, and a passion for delivering high quality healthcare to one of the most vulnerable patient populations.<br>

<b>Specifically, you will be asked to:</b></div>
<ul><li>Connect pharmacy care to the needs of Skilled Nursing Home staffs and residents.</li>
<li>Use strong discovery, listening, and intuitive skills in your role as a liaison to staff and leadership of our customers.</li>
<li>Cover assigned territory with multiple sites to serve.</li>
<li>Seeing windshield time as thinking and planning time is definitely an asset.</li>
<li>Quality, accuracy, and urgency are essential drivers. Satisfaction from creating a solution, leading a successful project implementation, and finding new ways to strengthen a customer relationship are prime motivators and rewards for you.</li>

Bring your previous experience in Customer Service and Account Management to work and help us make a difference in the healthcare industry.<br>
<br>
<b>*Registered Pharmacy Technician a plus, willing to become a Technician Trainee a must.</b><br>
