<div>The Revenue Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for owning and optimizing marketing operations, including CRM management, campaign execution, and performance reporting, while working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to improve pipeline generation and deal velocity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations within a SaaS environment, a strong background in HubSpot and Salesforce, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This individual should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Job Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Own and manage the HubSpot instance, including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and automation</li><li>
Build, test, and deploy emails, landing pages, and nurture campaigns aligned to buyer journeys and ABM programs</li><li>
Manage database health, data governance, and integrations with Salesforce and other platforms</li><li>
Support campaign execution through data imports and Salesforce campaign management</li><li>
Ensure accurate marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting across campaigns and channels</li><li>
Define and document key operational processes, including campaign setup and reporting cadences</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics; identify optimization opportunities</li><li>
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce</li><li>
Analyze funnel performance to identify friction points and recommend improvements</li><li>
Track and report on cost per lead and lead-to-conversion metrics</li><li>
Support Sales with RevOps tools for pricing, quoting, and pipeline visibility</li><li>
Serve as a first point of contact for marketing and sales operational requests</li><li>

Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role in a SaaS environment</li><li>
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce</li><li>
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and attribution</li><li>
Experience building reports and dashboards to measure performance</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy</li><li>
Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams</li><li>
Experience with ABM platforms is a plus</li><li>
Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (flexible based on experience)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Following an account-based approach in order to identify all decision makers and key influencers within prospects&rsquo; organizations</li><li>
Systematically prospect leads via email, social media and phone</li><li>
Collaborate with your team and manager to overcome objections and increase the efficiency of your role (e.g., discovery, time management)</li><li>
Earn commitments from prospects to meet with your sales counterparts to learn more about MCIM</li><li>
Prioritize and organize your day using Salesforce and our prospecting tech stack</li><li>
Develop skills necessary for promotion into other roles in the organization</li></ul>
