<div>The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for our customers, managing interactions across multiple platforms with a focus on first-call resolution and service excellence. This role handles customer inquiries, processes orders, provides technical support, and partners with our sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels</li>
<li>Handle and resolve customer complaints with a focus on first-call resolution</li>
<li>Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to address product and service inquiries</li>
<li>Provide accurate pricing and delivery information</li>
<li>Process orders, forms, applications, and requests</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and databases</li>
<li>Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate internal resources</li>
<li>Present products and identify upselling opportunities</li>
<li>Support the Outside and Inside Sales teams</li>
<li>Adapt to changes in procedures and customer service tools as needed</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>Associate's degree or higher, OR 1+ years of customer service experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team</li>
<li>Knowledge of customer service principles and practices</li>
</ul>
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. &ndash; 5:00 p.m. FLEX Schedule in office and from home
