We are looking for a FEMALE ONLY , motivated and patient-friendly individual to join our dermatology clinic as a Patient Counselor / Clinic Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, understanding their concerns, explaining treatment options and packages, and ensuring smooth patient conversion and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and interact with patients visiting the clinic.Explain dermatology and aesthetic procedures in simple, understandable terms.Counsel patients on treatment plans and packages, highlighting benefits.Address patient queries and provide pre- and post-treatment guidance.Support the doctor in patient coordination and follow-ups.Maintain patient records and ensure proper communication.Work towards achieving patient satisfaction and conversion goals.Requirements:Graduate in any stream (preferably with a background in healthcare, life sciences, or hospitality).Previous experience as a patient counselor, front desk executive, sales coordinator, or customer relationship executive in a clinic, hospital, or wellness center is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English + local language).Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and target-driven.Basic knowledge of dermatology/aesthetic/cosmetic treatments will be an added advantage (training will be provided).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
