M.E. Flow - Lorton, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic-HVAC Service Manager to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
In this role, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>
Drive profitability and customer satisfaction by enhancing revenue growth while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.</li><li>
Evaluate and schedule service work to effectively utilize manpower, maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Develop, manage, and oversee departmental budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.</li><li>
Oversee the ordering and allocation of materials and equipment to ensure they are available for scheduled jobs.</li><li>
Schedule timely repairs and maintenance for parts to reduce job completion delays and ensure smooth operations.</li><li>
Engage in research and contribute to the marketing strategies of the department to drive business growth.</li><li>
Generate and review performance reports with management to monitor and improve departmental operations.</li><li>
Track and measure inventory, tools, and vehicle usage to ensure accurate records and efficient resource management.</li><li>
Instruct and guide crews on proper material use and ensure high-quality workmanship.</li><li>
Review payroll records to verify accurate and timely technician compensation.</li><li>
Ensure employees have access to the necessary tools, which are well-maintained and ready for use.</li><li>
Assist in the dispatching process to ensure the appropriate technician is assigned to each service request.</li><li>
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Evaluate staff performance to identify training needs and provide on-the-job training and support.</li><li>
Assist the General Manager in identifying and nurturing future leaders. Manage and develop service staff, including hiring, scheduling, setting priorities, conducting meetings, and performance evaluations.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.</li><li>
Available to work evenings and weekends as needed to support operational demands.</li><li>
Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise.</li><li>
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and airflow</li><li>
Proven ability in supervision, with strong communication, computer, and mathematical skills to effectively manage and optimize operations.</li><li>
A proactive and enthusiastic approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a positive work environment.</li><li>
Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>
Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license with at least 3 years of driving experience to fulfill job responsibilities and travel to various locations as needed.</li></ul> 
The physical requirements of this job include: 
<ul><li>
Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally</li><li>
Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.</li><li>
Ability to drive.</li><li>
Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.</li><li>
Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.</li><li>
Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.</li><li>
The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.</li></ul>

2+ years of HVAC Management experience desirable</li><li>
Service Titan Experience is highly desired</li></ul>
